This test consists of 40 questions and should take no more than 5 minutes. Once completed we will produce a graph that maps areas of your life and how stressed you are in each one. You can use these to work on your stress and gain balance in your life.
Answer the questions as you feel now, in the moment, choosing how much you agree or disagree with each statement. Do not spend too much time thinking about your answers.
Take the test as many times as you like and use it to measure the change in your life as you deal with your stress.
