This course gives you the opportunity to explore your emotions and how you manage them in a small group environment. We cover aspects of stress management, emotional resilience, anger management and historical trauma. You will gain insight into your own emotional well-being, along with greater understanding of your empathy and listening skills with others. The course addresses self-esteem and anger and is suitable both for the overly aggressive and the overly passive individual. You will learn practical strategies and tools to help you control and manage your emotions in a healthy way, and resolve conflict in a calm way.
There are many reasons for people to attend this course: to improve current relationships, to assist in parenting, to prepare for a future relationship, and for personal development. We are able to provide course reports to any referring agencies or solicitors too.

The fee includes over 21 hours group work, refreshments, a certificate of attendance and follow-up phone and email support. Times vary slightly for each date but are generally Friday 6-9pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm and Sunday 9am – 5pm. To book a place @ £597, choose a date and venue and fill in the booking form below. Note: Occasionally people attend because they have been ordered to by a court. We are happy to accept these bookings. It may be that you will need additional support such as a written report submitted to the court. For that, there will be an additional charge which we are happy to discuss with you before you commit.
