Day 2
- Review of day 1 implementation
- Inside Out: This module offers delegates a simple vocabulary to understand and articulate their feelings rather than internalising and suppressing them.
- Recognising Adult Engagement: Using classic but often overlooked work by Eric Berne to understand the roles they may assume when they are in communication with each other.
- Recognising our aggressive communications: Leading off with definitions of passive aggressive and aggressive behaviours and going on to recognise 6 core types of communication that the workplace could do without
- Growing into Assertive Communication: This final module gives a model for healthy assertive communication and conflict resolution. A model successfully adapted from Nonviolent Communication (NVC) models.
