Course description
Born out of helping an organisation that was going through so much change, and so determined to navigate it well that they requested additional support for their team leaders. This workshop blends classic emotional change theories and models with experiential exercises to help managers and team leaders build skills supporting others through change.
This can be run as a standalone workshop or add an extra focus to the work delivered by our facilitators inspiring leaders to take it forward and embed new learning into practice behaviour change.
