Course description
We assess all individuals we work with to ensure that we are able to help them and that the methods we use are suitable for them. An assessment interview can take place face to face, using video conferencing technology such as zoom or over the phone. During the interview we will cover areas such as your relationship with stress, feelings of vulnerability, self esteem, conflict and the past. Our objective is to understand you as a person in enough detail to be able to ascertain how best to help you.
Many of our potential clients find this process alone to be of therapeutic value and feel much better having taken the first step of talking to someone. During the interview we will discuss how we work, the areas we think are of importance and what your options are for working with us.
